Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Below are the rate conditions, payment methods and cancellation policies applied to bookings at Mondello Bay.

Payments are handled via bank transfer or through the Stripe circuit (for credit/debit card payments).

Flexible — Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

Deposit required: 30% of the total stay amount.

If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, the amount paid is fully refundable.
If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the amount paid is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation after the arrival date specified in the contract, the Client will forfeit the entire rental amount.
Changes to arrival and departure dates are always accepted provided the property is still available for the new dates.
Electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi costs are fully included in the price of the stay.
City tax is not included.

Save Now — Non-Refundable.

Deposit required: 100% of the total stay amount.

The amount paid is non-refundable at any time.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the Client will forfeit the entire rental amount.
Changes to arrival and departure dates are always accepted provided the property is still available for the new dates.
Electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi costs are fully included in the price of the stay.
City tax is not included.
